About

Molly Jackson, MSW

I was born and raised in Lancaster County Pennsylvania where my family’s roots have been for over four generations. In third grade, I was diagnosed with a Specific Learning Disability in Reading and Math. Through hard work, dedication, and support I was able to become the first generation in my family to go to college and graduate school.

My college track was on the path less traveled of living at home, working part-time, and raising my son. Ten years later, I completed both my bachelor’s in psychology and Master of Social Work from Millersville University, Pennsylvania.

I have been working in the human service field for over fifteen years. My experience is in after school programs, intermediate units, school districts, case management, and community health programs. The past eight years my career focus has been in behavioral health services of Community Support, Service Coordination, and certified Behavior Specialist for adults on the Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).

My life’s purpose and passion is helping others better understand themselves so they can reach their fullest potential. I love to learn, read, create, dream, travel, exercise, eat delicious foods, and explore nature. These are what soothe my soul and gives me energy to be my best authentic self as a coach, colleague, friend, daughter, sister, wife, and mother of two.
